In January, the church held its first Ladies Night. More than two dozen women enjoyed games, fellowship and food as they got to know each other. More Ladies Nights are being planned, with the goal of one per month. Several women also entered into a Secret Sister group in which each has a secret “sister” who they will encourage and gift throughout the year, similar to a secret Santa. Secret sisters will be revealed in January 2015, with new partnerships chosen. In addition, a women’s retreat is also held in the fall, sponsored by the Virginia WMU.
